All orders are delivered by DPD

Items ordered on business days before 3 p.m. will be handed over to the couriers on the same business day. Items ordered on business days after 3 p.m., on weekends and holidays will be handed over to the couriers on the next business day.

You will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail. The status of the order can also be checked in the “My orders” section after loging into the account.

Time and price of the delivery: 1-2 working days.

Delivery to parcel lockers (DPD) free of charge .

Max 2 packs to parcel locker.

Home delivery : free of charge from 2 packs.

Payment methods

You can pay for goods in three ways:

1. In cash to the courier

3. CASH TO THE COURIER

You can pay in cash at the time of delivery of your package. This service costs an additional €1.

Returns

Should you find out that an unsuitable item was delivered to you, you can return or replace it within 14 days. The items must be returned in an undamaged package.
